Shipping & Returns
Orders typically ship 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact email@example.com.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
We want to ensure you’re happy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or full refund. To return an item, the following conditions must be met: Returns must be made within 15 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete. Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
U.S. customers must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return shipping label. International customers must provide own shipping label. Package item(s) in original packaging and send using provided shipping label.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, a full refund will be provided. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using issued store credit. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
